Currently, ALISHON accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Pakistan.

We currently deliver only within Pakistan.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and phone number. ALISHON is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused.
The product must be in its original condition.
Original packaging and tags must be included.
Proof of purchase may be required.

Returns requested after 7 days may not be accepted.

Refunds or replacements will be processed according to our Return Policy after inspection of the returned item.

Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead follow the Return Policy if eligible.
